unmasking your authenticity: the ultimate course for autistic masking
personal stories and tips of each step of the complicated and difficult unmasking process after late-diagnosed autism

diagnosed in 2015, i know firsthand how hard it is to navigate your autistic self.
i'm a longtime autism consultant and public speaker. i have been making social media videos on tiktok and youtube since 2020 and work to help autistic people understand and accommodate themselves.
but everyone feels this way: how an autism diagnosis saved my life is my autobiography about my experience spending most of my childhood undiagnosed. i discovered i was very high masking and felt lost about who i really was, what i really liked and what i wanted.
after 10 years of learning about the trauma i went through in my childhood to create the person i was , i have developed into an adult who feels eons away from the anxious 15-year-old that had multiple panic attacks every day.
and i want to show you how to do the same.

This course is rated PG-13, but would be rated lower if there was no swearing. PARENTS BE WARNED, Paige swears 4-5 times.
No! In fact, you don't even have to be autistic. A lot of the skills in this course can be helpful to anyone. Just know that if you are looking for help with emotional regulation and trauma work, this course comes at it from a very autism-focused lens.
It is in video/audio format with subtitles. A written version will be out soon.
